We were out-of-town buyers and had limited time in the Strand to see homes. He made himself available for showings based on our schedule and was always available by phone. He helped explain the pros and cons of one area over another. This helped us to restrict where we wanted to see homes. He listened to what we were interested in seeing and didn't waste our time showing something too far outside our list of requirements or price range.

Above and Beyond. Eric assisted us when we purchased the property and was so great to work with so of course we chose to work with him again when we decided to list our condo for sale. It was only on the market for a couple of days and Eric and his staff were so wonderful about communicating and getting documents to us quickly.
